The Sindh Blockchain Skills Development Initiative (SBSDI), launched under the Directorate of Strategic Planning, Sindh Higher Education Commission, Government of Sindh, aims to develop the next generation of blockchain professionals and digital innovators across the province.
This industry-focused training program is designed to equip students with practical blockchain development skills, smart contract programming expertise, and knowledge of decentralized applications (DApps), cryptocurrency ecosystems, and blockchain security.

Eligibility Criteria
Students currently enrolled in the following programs are encouraged to apply:
- Undergradaute students of 3rd Year Students or Final Year studying at Engineering / General University chartered by Government of Sindh.
Scholarship Opportunity
The Sindh HEC is covering 85% of the program cost, allowing selected students to participate by contributing only Rs. 5,000. This initiative is part of Sindh HEC vision to empower youth with future-ready digital skills and strengthen Pakistan's growing technology ecosystem.
